Bertus

This is a curiosity store that has been drawing collectors to it from far and wide for decades. They come for everything and anything that falls within the antique and curiosity category, from chessboards to walking sticks. A particular draw is the collection of African artefacts gathered by first- and second-generation owners of the store. Museums often come here to browse as well. This is also a good address for religious statues, many of which have come from Belgian churches. And don’t forget the bronze section, another specialist area. Take time to look around as the shop is literally jam-packed.
