So now you don’t have to go all the way to Noord for those delicious spelt pancakes with cashew whipped cream or the poached eggs with sweet potato rosti. At Bertmans youβll find mainly vegan dishes and everything is lactose-free. The new lunchroom is much larger (500m2) than the old one and has a large terrace that can accommodate up to 170 guests.
