OurDomain Rotterdam Blaak is one of the newest architectural landmarks in the city. In the plinth hair salon Charlie Charlie Lima and Bar Blink are now open. Bar Blink is an all-day cafe by an experienced couple.
They cater a wide audience. Many different people pass by walking along the river Maas. But there are also a lot of employees of the surrounding offices, students of the Willem de Kooning Academy, and the residents of OurDomain.
On the menu is Mediterranean cuisine with Middle Eastern flavours. The kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, a plancha, and a large oven so there is plenty of variety. They serve grilled cheese focaccia, shakshuka, and pork belly with pickled mango and sweet potato for example.
Next to Williams Cocktails the bar also serves cocktails with local liquor like Loopuyt and Bobby’s Gin, Ketel1 Hard Lemonade. There are also local beers from Brouwerij Noordt, Kaapse Brouwerij and De Gele Kanarie.
Bar Blink (Wijnhaven 59) is open seven days a week, the sun shines on the terrace at the back all day.
