Allure

Allure

Allure doesn’t have airs and graces. Owners Terry Priem and Brian Beninnk have created a friendly, relaxed maritime ambiance at their restaurant at Entrepothaven. You can get there by water taxi or moor your boat at the restaurant’s own pier and jump off for a business meal comprising three or four courses, or perhaps try the tasting menu, the Zeven van Allure. The menu caters for all tastes: duck with orange, chicory and pommes dauphine; lobster with Hollandaise sauce and potato puree; vegan truffle potatoes with lavender, artichoke, olives and cherry tomatoes. It’s a daring menu too. One dessert involves a pastry case filled with a tasty concoction of beetroot, white chocolate, passionfruit and currants.
